Flota Proyectos Singulares SA has entered into a contract with Acciona-Torrescamara Joint Venture for the Construction of the North Quay in the South Basin of the Port of Sagunto, Spain.
The split barges Al Arz 1 and Al Arz 2 were chartered by our Client to transport dredged material consisting of sand and gravel from Sagunto Port and to discharge the material in the Port of Valencia at a distance around 24 nm south of Sagunto. Works have commenced in September 2009 and were completed in December 2009 within schedule to the satisfaction of the Client.
